Policies and Procedures 2011
Lowered Tuition from $215 to $180 a month!
Payment of Fees:
Tuition of $180 is due the first lesson of each month. This applies even if you are not in attendance at the first lesson. A late fee of $5 will be added if payment is not received on time. (See Below). All NSF checks will be charged a $25 NSF fee.
Credit Card On File:
All clients are required to have an active credit card on file. This will be charged automatically plus late fee ($5), if payment is not received by the end of the second lesson of the month.
You may authorize Allstar Music Academy to do automatic monthly charges to make tuition payments easier. To do so, check appropriate box on registration form.
New Students must prepay for 1 month tuition at least 1 week prior to their first lesson or you will forfeit your time slot
Missed Lessons & Make Up Lessons:
We do not offer make-up lessons for missed lessons. If Allstar Music Academy cancels a lesson for any reason, a make up lesson will be offered if available or a credit for that lesson will be applied. Missed make up lessons will not be rescheduled or credited.
Care of Students:
Allstar is not responsible for providing before and after care for students and/or siblings. Parents/Caregivers must remain in the school during the classes. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after their lessons.
Injuries:
Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after lesson time.
Property/Merchandise Damage:
Any property of the school that is damaged, broke, or removed from the school by parent, guardian, sibling, friend in care of student’s family, etc is to be paid for immediately in full. No Exceptions.
Withdrawals/Discontinuing Procedure:
Notice must be received by Allstar Music Academy at least one week before the 1st of the next month. Withdrawal must be done in person or by phone with the front desk. There are no refunds for lessons/classes for any reason.
